Marine Towing of Tampa Extends Fleet Operations to Serve as Tug Operator at Port Canaveral
Newly named company ‘Marine Towing of Port Canaveral’ acquired assets from E.N. Bisso and Son, Inc and Seabulk Towing Holdings

Port Canaveral, FL – February 2, 2024 – Marine Towing of Tampa, LLC (MTOT) and E.N. Bisso & Son, Inc announced that they have executed and closed on an Asset Purchase Agreement to which Marine Towing of Port Canaveral, LLC (“MTPC”), acquired the Port Canaveral operations and assets associated with Bisso's acquisition of Seabulk Towing Holdings, Inc ship assist operations in Florida.
