Plan your special event at Port Canaveral! Submit your request in March or September, at least 90 days in advance. Cruise terminal use requires approval.
Special Events at Port Canaveral
The Canaveral Port Authority (CPA) accepts Special Event Requests twice per year: March 1-31 and September 1-30. Requests must be submitted at least 90 days before the event. They are reviewed per CPA Policy and the Request Form below. Cruise terminals are unavailable as venues without approval. Exploration Tower is closed until further notice. Beach Ceremonies
Jetty Park at the Canaveral Port Authority (CPA) accepts Beach Ceremony Permit Applications year-round on a first-come, first-served basis. Submit applications 30-90 days before the requested ceremony date. Ceremonies are reviewed per the rules in the Beach Ceremony Permit Application packet below.
