If I do not buy a pass prior to entering Jetty Park, can’t I just pull off to the side and purchase the pass?

How do I purchase a pass?

Can someone else use my pass for their entrance in a separate vehicle?

Someone else will be entering in my vehicle, can I change the name on the pass?
The passes are associated with the vehicle and not the person.
I came to the park in a vehicle that doesn’t match my pass, now what?

Can I use my annual pass for my other vehicle?

I have more than one car, you mean I have to buy an annual pass for all my cars?
